DESCRIPTION
ROOT/C++ GUI to display scalers. Uses the THaScaler class part of new analyzer. Replaces the SunOS/MOTIF based XSCALER written by Calvin Howell and Shane Canon (Duke), with added advantages of history plot and simpler navigation.
