Teacher Program

Teachers interested in classes for accredation in the sciences should contact Dr. Salgado at carlos@nsu.edu for information. Two classes are offered in astronomy (Observational Astronomy and Fundamentals of Astronomy. Classes are offered as demand arises. Workshops are held regularly with speakers from NASA, NSU and other Universities.

Maps of the night sky can be obtained by selecting the month on the right.

Interesting objects in the sky to see in July: Venus, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury, Saturn.
