The annual
Jefferson
Lab Users Group Meeting and
Workshop will be held this year on
June 10-11, 1997 (just after
Domingo
Day).
On the first day of the user group meeting (June 10), a mini workshop
on Linux will held from 8:30AM til
noon. A number of presentations will be made about how Linux is
being used or will be used at the Jefferson Laboratory and similar
labs.
The workshop is being co-chaired by
Jeffrey Templon and
Stephen Wood.

- Summary of Linux related presentations at CHEP and HEPIX. Plans
for use of Linux in the Jefferson Laboratory batch farm.
- 11:00-11:45 Invited speaker: Don Holmgren (FNAL)
- ``Linux at Fermilab''.
