Safety Training     For access to all areas including the Accelerator Site, you must complete these cources (http://www.jlab.org/ehs/ehs.html) : EH&S Orientation to JLab (one time only) Radiation Worker Training (every two years) Oxygen Deficiency Hazards (every year)     Check out http://www.jlab.org/ehs/proficiency.html, if you would like to take the proficiency exams ( i.e. RadWorker once per week on Thursdays).     Also each participant must complete the Hall C Hazard Awareness Walk-Through in order to get the access to the hall. The access gates are now equipped with badge readers, and the system will not allow you to enter unless you training is up to the date.
