How to reserve a meeeting/conference room
One option is to talk to the staff services people. They are incredibly friendly
and accommodating.  The other option is to use the web calendar. For this you'll 
need to use the "Corporate Time" web app.  To get an account, you'll have to request
one, see instructions.  Once you hear back from the CC helpdesk, you'll find out
that you'll have to change your CUE password (again!) to sync the password across
all the systems. 

How to photocopy and bind things
The copy center people love doing this stuff and they are *very* cool.  You can 
submit a request online or you can drop by their office.  Make sure you have a 
"code" and that you given them your office number, phone number, and email address 
so that they can contact you.  The best kind of binding for heavy use is the 
"plastic comb" which is called ....

During your experiment
 Eat *before* going to the counting house.
 Write everything down in a logbook.
 Take only those shifts that haven't been filled.  Your job during the experiment 
   is to make sure the subsystem that you're responsible for is working properly.
