1. Verified elastic kinematics are correct in the simulation (4500 and 5000 A)
2. Extracted elastic peak proton timing for detector 9 from data using three gaussian fit (run 16136 octant 2)
3. Extracted elastic peak proton timing for detector 9 from simulation using three gaussian plus zeroth order polynomial fit
