Morgan Cook IV Morgan Cook IV worked on the construction of Hall B 12 GeV drift chambers at Old Dominion University as a detector fabrication technician. His knowledge and ability to adapt to different systems operations makes him an invaluable member of Hall B. Morgan is a systems expert for the DC detectors and Hall B gas systems. Morgan is also a primary qualified electrical worker and has worked closely with the magnet group.
