Calvin Mealer Calvin Mealer moved to Hampton Roads in 1985 (via motorcycle) from Biggs California. He has worked everything from washing dishes to hotel maintenance before starting with RMS technologies where he constructed target systems for the government. In 1996 Calvin worked with a temp agency that offered him a short-term position at Jefferson Lab. Hall B was in its infancy when Calvin joined the team, and he has been a key part of making Hall B what it is today.
