In October 2005 a workshop was held that focused on reconstruction software
for GlueX. The workshop was considered a success in that it brought together
representatives of each detector system in GlueX to formulate a coherent
plan for developing and implementing reconstruction software for GlueX.
At the end of the 2005 workshop, it was decided that another workshop
should be held in 2006.
The 2006 workshop will again focus on the reconstruction software, but
with the specific goal of obtaining useful results from
simulation/reconstruction in time to be useful for the CD-2 review
in the summer of 2007. Milestones set at the Oct. 2006 collaboration
meeting will be authored such that they may be completed and presented at
the workshop in November.
All members of the GlueX collaboration as well as any other interested parties
are welcome to attend and provide useful insights to the discussions.
All attendees, however, are required to fill in the registration page
using the link to the left.
Persons without a JLab ID Badge and those traveling from abroad should
contact the organizer (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make sure the neccessary
arrangements have been made prior to your arrival.
There are no fees for this workshop.
