Directions to Cebaf Center / Registration Desk

The Workshop and Registration desk are in Cebaf Center.  If you are arriving from the Workshop hotel you will take a right turn off Jefferson Ave following the yellow arrows on the right of the image below. You are free to park in either the Visitor parking or the 'Additional parking' lots and should follow the red arrows to the Cebaf Center main doors.

Please be sure to complete the site registration process following the instructions sent out last week ASAP.

• Do arrive on-site no later than 8:30am on Thursday to pick up your workshop badge and complete any check-in items.
• The Registration Desk will open at 8am, so come early if you have not completed the site registration process or if you anticipate issues.
• Please contact fso@jlab.org if you have questions.

We ask that those who are presenting please upload their slides to the Indico page.

• Those with a pre-existing account on indico.jlab.org should be able to upload presentations themselves.
• Those without indico.jlab.org accounts should have received instructions on how to set one up last week.
• If you run into issues or have questions please contact us at sanpc2024workshop@jlab.org and we will provide support.

Zoom links will be posted to the SANPC Indico page prior to the Workshop start on Thursday, June 20.

Coffee, tea, and light breakfast items will be available for registered Workshop attendees each morning.

Lastly, just a reminder that Jefferson Lab will be *closed* for Juneteenth on Wed June 19.
 

Please finalize your paid registration by the dates noted below.

NOTE: If you are registering in the Early-Career (post-doc / grad-student) category you may be eligible for financial support covering your stay at the Conference Hotel or ResFac.

• You must be a post-doc or graduate student at your institution.
• This support will only be granted once your registration fee is paid in full by the Early Registration deadline.
• There are limited funds available, and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Before May 17: Book your room through the link on the Accommodations page as usual.
• After May 17: Just send the email below and we will support booking your room directly.
• In both cases: email the following information to sanpc2024workshop@jlab.org with the subject "SANPC early-career support request":
  • Your JLab conference registration receipt (which should be emailed to you)
  • Your hotel/ResFac reservation information (your name, dates, and reservation number), if available.
