Information for Vendors and Sponsors
The Newport News City Center Marriott offers ample space for meaningful interactions between vendors and the engineers and scientists that are making the critical decisions on upgrades to existing hardwar se and new system designs.
Vendor display setup begins Sunday April 15 at noon, with displays remaining open through Thursday April 19 at noon. Refreshments will be located in the vendor area.

Workshop highlights include:

Benefits
All vendors will receive recognition on the workshop website and in the abstract book. Vendors are also eligible to provide materials for inclusion in the workshop bags. Standard electricity service and wireless access are included in the vendor fee.
Level I Vendor $1,300 ($1360 if paid by credit card)
Includes one workshop registration, one 6'x30" skirted table and two chairs
Level II Vendor $2,500 ($2,610 if paid by credit card)
Includes two workshop registrations, two 6'x30" skirted tables and four chairs
In addition, all vendors may purchase additional workshop registrations at the discounted rate of $400 per person. Please note that all vendor representatives, waived or paid, must register individually for the workshop, in addition to the vendor registration. Tickets for the optional Wednesday evening Virginia Living Museum reception are not included but may be purchased for $40 each.

Sponsorship

Technical Arrangements

Deadline
Vendor registration closes February 15, 2012. All payments must be received by that date. Deadline has been extended to February 25, 2012.
