Proceedings

The proceedings of the workshop will be published by the American Institute of Physics (AIP).

Templates and style files are available from the AIP web site: http://ftp.aip.org/ems/tex/macros/proceedings/6x9/aipproc_6s.zip.

We will use the 6x9 inch LaTeX format, for which more detailed info is given at http://proceedings.aip.org/outline/6x9.

The deadline for contributions to the proceedings is June 30, 2011.

The maximum number of pages for the contributions is as follows:

• 8 (eight) pages for the plenary session talks
• 12 (twelve) pages for the summary talks
• 4 (four) pages for the parallel session talks

When submitting your contribution, please include a signed copyright release form, available at http://scitation.aip.org/proceedings/tca_blank.pdf, without which we cannot publish your contributions.

Contributions (latex file, figures, and final PDF file, and the copyright release form in PDF format) should be sent to dis2011_loc@jlab.org. Please also load your final PDF file up to the workshop wiki webpages (see the Speaker Information).
