Consistent with its purpose, the upcoming 2007 Spring DOECAA Conference will examine new legal issues that are confronting the DOE contractor community. The Conference goal is to improve and promote the professional development of its private sector and DOE members and associate members by identifying, clarifying, and helping to resolve legal concerns which affect prime contractors, first tier subcontractors, and others involved in DOE contracting.
