A new era of experimental results are providing a window into the inner structure of hadrons. As a new generation of experiments are set to begin, including the 12GeV upgrade of Jefferson Lab, our theoretical tools need to advance as well so that we may meet the challenges to our understanding of hadron dynamics. Such tools are necessary for the interpretation of spectroscopy, hadron structure, and the weak interactions. This meeting will provide an opportunity to assess our theoretical understanding, and provide a forum for developing new tools.
