Travel
The best way to come to Dubrovnik is by air. The city of Dubrovnik and Importanne resort are about 30 km from the Dubrovnik airport. In case you want to have a direct transfer from the Dubrovnik Airport Cilipi to your hotel and back, please fill in the transfer reservation form.

Official Language
The official language of the Conference is English.
Invitation Letter
An official invitation letter from the NAPP 2010 Organizing committee; will be provided upon request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This invitation does not imply a commitment to provide any financial support. Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of Attendance will be available at the registration desk upon request.
Passport and Visa
A valid passport is required for entry into Croatia. Very few nationalities must have a visa. Please consult the nearest Croatian Consulate for specific details.
Personal Insurance
The Conference registration fee does not include insurance. Participants are responsible for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of origin.
Weather
The weather in Dubrovnik in October is sunny and very pleasant with an average daytime temperature of 20oC. Average temperature of the sea near Dubrovnik in October is 21oC.

Business hours
Normal working hours are from 8 a.m.; to 7 p.m. Most of the shops are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday. On Saturdays the shops are open until 2 p.m. and are closed on Sundays.
