Visa Information
Non-US visitors are urged to apply for all necessary passports, visas and visitor approvals s soon as possible, to allow sufficient time for your application to be processed. We also encourage you to register for the workshop early, even before obtaining a visa. Your registration fee will be reimbursed if you are unable to attend due to visa delays.
Lodging
A room block has been reserved at the SURA Residence Facility, which is located on the Jefferson Lab campus. Please reference the "Neutrino Workshop" when making your reservations.
Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The room block will be released 4 weeks prior to the workshop. After April 3, 2006, rooms will be reserved on a space-available basis.
- SURA Residence Facility
Private guest rooms are located in a secluded corner of the Jefferson Lab site and are comfortably furnished like any modern hotel room. Each one is fully equipped with PCs with internet connections. Rate: $47.50/night inclusive. Reservations may be made online or by calling (757) 269-7460.
