Format of the meeting:
We plan to have 2-3 people at each session to be "advocates" and "opponents" of the proposed ideas. The advocate makes 25-30 minutes presentation, the opponents/convenors will ask probing questions on the presentation, also lead the discussion with the participants. At the end of each session, advocates and opponents will summarize 2-3 key message from this session. The "comment" panel will judge/make comments whether such key messages are effective enough to the broader nuclear physics community, and make suggestions if there are.
