To foster many fruitful conversations, several refreshment breaks will be provided and an onsite reception dinner is planned for the evening of July 16, perhaps located within the new SRF facility in the TEDF to allow a simultaneous browsing/touring opportunity.
An off-site dinner at the Freight Shed on Yorktown Waterfront is planned for the evening of July 18 that will be open to participants of either the SRF Materials Workshop or the SRF Thin Films Workshop. Tickets for this excursion are an additional $30 outside of the registration fee. SRFMW participants who are not registering for the TFSRF meeting and wish to join the excursion should contact Staff Services at staffservices@jlab.org to make a reservation.
