402.04 Recruitment Travel
Travel costs related to recruiting, hiring, or transfer of personnel shall be charged to the division directly concerned with these activities in accordance with JSA/JLab's travel policy.
- Travel expenses of prospective employees selected for interview should be limited to the minimum reasonable number of days necessary to accomplish the interview and shall be paid only for distances more than 35 miles one way.
- A Travel Authorization Form shall be prepared and submitted to Travel Services before travel arrangements are made for each interviewee.
- All recruitment and interview travel arrangements should be made through the Division Travel Coordinator.
