Speaker: Chueng R. Ji (North Carolina State University) Title: Model-Independent Constraints for Hadron Physics in Light-Front Dynamics Abstract: The light-front dynamics(LFD) provides a useful tool to analyze the hadron physics. It offers the distinguished features that can be utilized to construct the model-independent constraints in the analysis of hadron physics. After a brief introduction of those features in LFD, a few explicit examples of model-independent constraints will be presented in the exclusive processes of the nucleon-delta transition and the deuteron elastic scattering. The implication of our results in the large and small momentum transfer regions will be discussed in conjunction with the 12 GeV upgrade of JLab.
