Title: GPDs and the Angular Momentum of the Quarks

Abstract:
I will review the modern understanding of the spin crisis and what it
implies for the distribution of spin and angular momentum carried by the
quarks. We will see that these observations have consequences for future
measurements of the GPDs as well as for lattice QCD simulations.
