            Poster Preparation and Printing  

  • Who- Poster Resources are used to support Jefferson Lab’s scientific research programs and Jefferson Lab’s science outreach programs.  To verify if you are eligible, click on Poster Guidelines
  • How- Large Format Color Printers are maintained and managed by the DCG office. To avoid jamming and other printing problems, customers are asked to check with DCG staff before sending prints to the Color printers.  Cadplot 2 is available for color charts and graph printing.
  • Format- MS PowerPoint or Adobe PDF formats are recommended.  Be sure to include the Jefferson Lab logo to your poster credits.
  • When- DCG Staff are available Monday thru Friday 8-12 & 1-5.  Posters printed on High Gloss Photo paper  can take up to 8 hours to dry.  Posters printed on  Coated Bond usually take less than 30 minutes to dry.
  • Where- You can send your poster by email to Bridget Paul (bpaul@jlab.org) & Terrie Fuell (fuell@jlab.org) OR for big files, upload your poster into: M:\dcg\Incoming Posters.  Be sure to notify Bridget and Terrie to ensure timely receipt.
