This meeting is intended to reach those that self-identify as disabled and their allies. Conversation is geared toward understanding concerns and solutions that could be introduced to improve employee satisfaction and engagement amongst this group. Results of the 2020 D&I Survey will also be reviewed to gather feedback on how to improve Belonging and Opportunities and Resources for this group.
