Human Performance Foundational Education

This interactive course is intended for supervisors. This course provides the fundamentals of Human Performance (HPI), including understanding human error, managing controls, increasing organizational resilience, and eliminating latent organizational weaknesses. Participants will demonstrate the HPI tools and defenses that are intended to increase organizational resilience and reduce the "consequences" of errors at critical steps. This HPI approach will enhance JLab's Integrated Management Safety System and drive the organization toward becoming a high-reliability organization.
