Human Performance Foundational Education - Staff

This introductory course is intended for individual contributors. This course provides the fundamentals of Human Performance (HP). Participants will learn about the HP principles, elements of human error, how to recognize error precursors, a Just Culture, controls, and tools. Participants will engage in various activities, applying HP concepts, principles, and tools intended to defend against the frequency and consequences of errors.
