JuliaHEP 2025 (Princeton University)

The third JuliaHEP 2025 Workshop will be hosted at Princeton University from July 28-31. Registration is now open, and abstract submissions are being accepted.

The workshop is designed for researchers in high-energy physics (HEP) and related fields, whether they are already using Julia or interested in exploring its capabilities for scientific computing in HEP. The program will include plenary presentations, training sessions, hackathons, and "Birds of a Feather" discussions.

Student Sponsorships: A limited number of sponsorships are available for students, covering travel, accommodation, and meals. Important deadlines: March 31: Abstract submission deadline. April 25: Early registration deadline for local participation. After April 25, an additional fee will apply. July 7: Final registration deadline
