In September 2022, Jefferson Lab completed the inaugural Vulnerability Assessment and Resiliency Plan (VARP), which examines current and potential on-site climate hazards and their impact on critical assets. The VARP document assists DOE in developing their federal Climate Adaptation and Resiliency Plan (CARP) to plan, prioritize, and implement resilient solutions across the DOE complex.
