DEI CORNER - DEMOGRAPHIC FOCUS GROUP MEETINGS ARE BACK!
The demographic focus group meetings will resume in Q4. Members from our leadership team will be hosting and joined by our new DEI Program manager, Aurora Realin. Planned actions in response to feedback will be discussed during these meetings.

The purpose of these meetings is to promote a strong culture of diversity, inclusion and equity at the Lab. The meetings hone in on demographics that reported a lower sense of belonging at the lab according to last year’s Inclusion Survey. These listening sessions aim to understand why some groups feel this way and explore possible paths the lab can take to improve their sense of belonging in the future.
