Steps For Registration

The registration process includes the following 4 steps.

Once, all forms are completed, submitted and approved, you will receive an approval email. You will be contacted by the JLab Computer Center to complete your computer account request requirements and receive a password for your JLab account.

Refer all questions to jris@jlab.org or to your JLab Host.

All new and returning guests/users must complete and submit a registration form in the Electronic Access Registration System at the following link:
https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabAccess/

Upload required ID documents in the registration checklist for JLab access – remote and onsite.

Complete all training listed on your registration checklist. 

Contact your JLab Host for additional trainings needed for your research areas.

If you are approved and coming onsite, contact the badging office at fso@jlab.org to make an appointment to receive a badge.
