Training Requirements for a Jefferson Lab Badge

Why We Require Training:

In order to provide a safe and secure place to work, Jefferson Lab requires individuals to acquire and maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities (generally called “skills”) which are designed for specific organizations, personnel types, jobs, and onsite work areas.

Training Information:

  • Training can be satisfied once NEO (employees) or a registration (all other JLab Types) is complete
  • Training will expire at 12:00 AM on the day of expiration.  If the training is required for badge access, a badge will be deactivated at 8:00 AM the next calendar day
  • Once minimum required trainings are complete, you will receive basic access to CEBAF Center, Support Service Center, and the ARC building
