Student Aide Program

High School Student Intern Program

The Student Aide Program is a work/study program for high school students. It is separate from the existing Student Internship program, which is geared to undergraduate and graduate students, and the Summer Honors Internship Program (SHIP).

Candidates for the program must have completed the sophomore year of high school, be at least 16 years of age, and be recommended by their school.

Students must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA each semester.

Students need to submit an up-to-date transcript at the end of each semester.

Compensation will be at the rate established by the Lab's Compensation Department for high school students and paid by the department in which the student aide is working.

The Lab will only hire high school students through the Student Aide Program.
