The 8th International Conference on Hadron Spectroscopy (Hadron '99) will be held in Beijing, China, August 24th - 28th, 1999.

The conference will cover:

• new developments in the spectroscopy of mesons and baryons
• exotic bound states of multi-quarks and gluons
• structure functions and color transparency
• latest progress on the lattice-guage theory
• current status of the hadron phenomenology, and
• prospects for future experiments, detectors and facilities.

The conference will consist of plenary sessions and parallel sessions. The registration will be on August 22nd, Sunday and August 23rd, Monday.
