Registration Fee

There will be a registration fee of U.S. $ 300, or Lit 550,000. Credit cards cannot be accepted.

The registration desk at the Elba International Physics Center will be open on Sunday afternoon from 17:00 to 20:00 and on Monday morning from 8:30 to 9:00.

Accommodation

The Travel Agency ORPLID is in charge of the lodging organization. The Agency may also provide help in organizing the trip to Marciana Marina (Car rental, boat and train tickets, timetables). Rooms will be reserved in the hotels in Marciana Marina, within walking distance from the Center. The number of singles is limited and they will be assigned on a first come first served basis (double room as single room and a higher category if the selected room is not available). Half board includes breakfast and dinner (or lunch upon request). Beverages are not included in the price. Confirmation of hotel reservations will be sent to you directly from ORPLID. Enquires concerning accommodation, transport and local arrangements should be addressed to the Agency.

In June, the weather is usually sunny and mild (lunchbreaks can be spent at the beach) but you should still bring something warm to wear in the evening.
