NSTAR2000, a workshop on the Spectroscopy and Dynamics of Excited Nucleons, was held at Jefferson Laboratory in Newport News, VA, USA. The workshop included presentations of new data, new analysis techniques, and new theoretical models. An important goal of the workshop was to support and encourage the expansion of international collaborations.
