March 14 is π Day and it is also Albert Einstein's birthday. The image above appeared on the back of the winning 2006 JLab Run-A-Round t-shirt. Over the years, several winning Run-A-Round t-shirts have been designed featuring the face of one of the most recognisable physicists in history. Einstein originated the theories of relativity and was awarded the 1921 Nobel Prize for his explanation of the photoelectric effect in terms of quantum mechanics.
