Losing weight, eating well and getting exercise can be hard.

If you're looking to shed a few pounds a weight loss support group can be an invaluable resource. If you have ever tried to lose weight, you know that having emotional support and encouragement is important.

If you need some support to stay motivated and on track with your weight loss goals come join our weekly onsite weight loss support group.

Each week our group is joined by an outside weight loss expert guest that will share with us:

  • healthy eating habits
  • portion control
  • online support
  • recipes

The group will meet each week at lunch time. Start date, place and exact time are pending until we know how many people are interested and will be attending the weekly group meetings.
