At Fermilab, the main injector is expected to open up
new opportunities for studies in (1) neutrino scattering measurements, (2)
Drell-Yan physics. The main injector will be commissioned during 1999.
The community is actively discussing plans to use these beams for future
experiments. Experiment 803 is expected to collect 2000 neutrino
scattering events/year/detector-pound. The main injector should provide 120
GeV/c proton beams with 
protons/pulse at rate of 0.7
Hz after 1999.
