Annual Property Inventory Ends on Sept. 26

The Jefferson Lab Annual Property Inventory will end on Monday, Sept. 26, 2016. The inventory has been underway since early June.

Before Sept. 26, Property Custodians who have been contacted by Property Management personnel regarding items not found during the inventory are asked to:

  • Seek out those items;
  • Take a digital image of each item, including the visible property tag, and send the image(s) to Property Management.
  • Ensure that they have submitted a Relocation/Transfer/Excess request for any items - where there have been any changes to the location of or usefulness of the item. If help is needed, Property Management can assist with the update on each accounted-for item.

The Property Custodian must file a Missing Item Report Form for any item that cannot be accounted for.
