Employee Concerns Program
Recent internal and external audits of our Employee Concerns Program
(ECP) have indicated that the program is not as well known or understood
throughout the work force as it should be. The ECP provides a risk-free
way to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve
unsafe, fraudulent, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in
violation of JLab's policies, Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct.
Complaints may be filed by phone or by accessing the newly implemented
Jefferson Lab Employee Concerns website. Both resources provide
anonymity when reporting concerns.
First, I encourage you to always bring forward any concerns you might
have to your supervisor. If you have reservations about discussing
matters with your supervisor or other levels of management, you are
encouraged to use the Employee Concerns Program. The Hotline number is
1-888-296-8301. The website can be found at
http://www.jsaecp.ethicspoint.com. All concerns will be expeditiously
reviewed and responded to in accordance with current policies and practices.
