Read, Sign 2013 General Access Radiological Work Permit By Dec. 31.

The 2013 General Access Radiological Work Permit is now available for signature. If you are a radiologically trained worker, please be sure to read the entire document before Dec. 31 and electronically annotate that you have completed the training. There are significant changes to this GARWP from the 2012 document

If you are a radiation worker, to retain your Accelerator Site access, you must sign the new RWP no later than Dec. 31, 2012. To access the RWP, go to this link and click on General Access RWP:

You may also access the document from the JLab web-based training page located at:

Open the document SAF801kd General Access RWP (under the subhead "ES&H").

After reading the document, be sure to click on the line at the very bottom of the document that reads: Click here when you have read and understand this document. Fill in the required information fields and submit in order to document completion of training.

If you haven't completed the training, you won't be able to enter the Accelerator Site on Jan. 2 without an escort.

Questions about the permit may be directed to Becky Mosbrucker, Radiation Control, x7236.

This message is being sent on behalf of the JLab RadCon group.
