Celia Whitlatch today was named one of "best and brightest" engineers in the country by HENAAC, formerly known as the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference.
Whitlatch and other winners will be honored at the HENAAC Awards Show on October 12 in San Diego during the 19th Annual HENAAC Conference.
Whitlatch, a mechanical engineer, was selected for the honor by an independent group of representatives from industry, government, military and academia.
