Outlook Web Interface Bug In New Version

If you are using the new Outlook Web App to manage your calendar, please note that the ability to add a room to a meeting is currently broken.  All other functionality in the new Outlook Web App continues to work.  The IT Division is opening a case with Microsoft and will continue to monitor the issue.

In order to create a meeting in a room, please toggle back to the production version of the Outlook Web App.  You can do this by selecting the slide button in the top right of the Outlook Web App next to the words "the new Outlook".  


Spam filtering associated with Office 365 has left something to be desired.  Too many good emails are being falsely flagged as spam and placed in people's Junk folder while a larger percentage of spam seems to be flagged as good and placed in people's Inbox.  To address this issue, the cloud version of ProofPoint has been procured for spam filtering.  ProofPoint is the spam filter the Laboratory used previously with Zimbra.  We are working with the vendor to setup our ProofPoint instance and expect it to go into production sometime in May.
