JLab Open House Volunteer Thank You, Survey, and Photos

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you to all who volunteered to support the 2018 Open House - Discover Jefferson Lab: Exploring the Nature of Matter. I am happy to report that despite the downpours and the many other weekend options, more than 5,000 people came out to the event on Saturday! Your diligent efforts and dedication made it an engaging and educational event for all who attended.

Thank you also goes to all who attended with family and friends, or otherwise promoted the event. Any time and effort towards community outreach creates the opportunities we need to ensure Jefferson Lab is not only recognized, but also appreciated, in the immediate area and beyond!

Now, we would like to request your feedback in an effort to make the event even better the next time around. Please click the link to complete the 2018 Open House Volunteer Survey on SurveyMonkey at your earliest convenience, or at least no later than July 1, 2018.

In addition, we had several volunteers and professional photographers roaming the site to capture highlights of the event. You can now check out the best of these photos in the Jefferson Lab Open House flikr album.

Finally, we are also asking for feedback from the many visitors who attended the event. If you attended the event outside of your volunteer position, please take a few moments to fill out the Open House Visitor Survey on SurveyMonkey. Also, please do share the link with any friends or family who also attended the event.

Once again, thank you for your efforts toward making this very important event a huge success!
