Secretary Perry has directed all DOE Federal employees AND contractors view a national security training video no later than this Friday, Oct. 6, 2017.
 
Jefferson Lab has received notice from the Office of Science through our Site Office this direction applies to all JSA employees and must be completed by the end of the day on Oct. 6, 2017.  The training addresses the handling of sensitive information as well as general topics of whistle-blower protections, cyber security, and insider threats that are requirements for all Jefferson Lab workers.
 
A self-registration site is available for JSA employees at https://contractortraining.energy.gov/
 
Enter your e-mail address in the Create New Account field and the site will send a reply link to your e-mail to complete the self-registration process.  When you access the link sent to you by email to self register, make sure to select Science and TJLab as your organizational affiliation. If you have previously registered and forgotten your password, there is a “forgot password?” link to use.
 
The course will be listed on the menu of options.
