Performance Appraisal Process Begins 9/25/2012

The Lab's performance review cycle is October 1 - September 30 each year. This year's performance appraisal process officially begins today, September 25, 2012. From September 25-October 1, 2012, all supervisors need to activate their employees' performance appraisals.
Supervisors should take a moment to:
- Review performance expectations from the previous year as they are activating the appraisals
- Coordinate any matrixed feedback for those employees who have been supporting other groups outside their home unit
- Update the employee's Skill Requirements List (SRL) via the Employee Job Task Analysis tool. If you have not reviewed or updated the SRL in the last 12 months, you will be prompted to do so prior to forwarding the appraisal on for next level review
Once activated, employees can then complete their self assessments. All self assessments should be completed by October 11, 2012.
In the event you are away from the Lab and need to access your performance appraisal, you may do so by obtaining a Personal Identification Number (PIN) from Bruce Ullman (x. 7170), April Sessoms (x. 7663) or Cassandra Andrews (x. 7068).
