Performance Appraisal Process Begins 9/27/10
The Lab's performance review cycle is October 1 - September 30 each
year. This year's performance appraisal process officially begins
Monday, September 27, 2010. From September 27-October 1, 2010, all
supervisors need to activate their employees' performance appraisals.
Supervisors are encouraged to take a moment to:
- Review performance expectations from the previous year as they are
activating the appraisals
- Coordinate any matrixed feedback for those employees who have been
supporting other groups outside their home unit.
Once activated, employees can then complete their self assessments. All
self assessments should be completed by October 13, 2010.
In the event you are away and need to access your performance
appraisal, you may do so by obtaining a Personal Identification Number
(PIN) from Bruce Ullman (x. 7170), April Sessoms (x. 7663) or Cassandra
Andrews (x. 7068).
