Performance Appraisal Process Begins Today, 9/29/2014

Colleagues,

The Lab's performance review cycle is October 1 - September 30 each year.  This year's performance appraisal process officially begins today, Monday, September 29, 2014.  All supervisors need to go into the Performance Appraisal system and activate their employees' performance appraisals.     

Supervisors should take a moment to:

  • Review performance expectations from the previous year as they are activating the appraisals

  • Coordinate any matrixed feedback for those employees who have been supporting other groups outside their home unit

  • Update the employee's Skill Requirements List (SRL) via the Employee Job Task Analysis tool.  If you have not reviewed or updated the SRL in the last 12 months, you will be prompted to do so

Once activated by the supervisor, employees can then complete their self assessments.  All self assessments should be completed by October 14, 2014.

 In the event you are away from the Lab and need to access your performance appraisal, you may do so by obtaining a Personal Identification Number (PIN) from Brandye Rogers (x. 5959), April Sessoms (x. 7663), Cassandra Andrews (x. 7068), or Bruce Ullman (x. 7170).
