Jefferson Lab will hold a Long Shutdown Safety Meeting and Vendor Fair from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. in CEBAF Center on Thursday, Jan. 10.
All lab employees are required to attend one of the four, brief Project Update and Safety Meeting sessions that will be given in the CEBAF Center auditorium. To prevent unnecessary congestion, employees are asked to attend one of the sessions as suggested below.
Employees with last names beginning with:
A-K: Attend the 9 a.m. session
L-S: Attend the 9:30 a.m. session
T-W: Attend the 10 a.m. session
X-Z and anyone unable to attend previous sessions: Attend the 11:15 a.m. session
However, if you can't attend the session assigned to your last name, please make every effort to attend another session. Enter the auditorium via the main entrance on the first floor lobby and swipe your JLab ID at the cardreader on the wall so you get training credit for attending.
In addition to the mandatory session in the auditorium, there will be a Long Shutdown/12 GeV Upgrade project poster session and vendor fair in the CEBAF Center lobby and Room F113. Refreshments will be provided.
While the project update/safety meeting is required for lab staff, any member of the lab community may attend this event.
