Some Carpeting in TED & Test Lab to be Replaced - Starting on Monday, Oct. 27

Existing carpet on the 2nd floor of the TED, Bldg. 55, and the Test Lab office wing (1st and 2nd floors), Bldg. 58, is being replaced because the carpet does not meet specifications for flatness.

Work is scheduled to begin the evening of Monday, Oct. 27, and continue for about three weeks.  To minimize disruption to the staff during the workday, work will be accomplished from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily and during the day on weekends.

The contractor will work on assigned areas each night.  Each assigned work area will be completed and available for use on the following morning.  A more detailed message including a work schedule with drawings and necessary space preparation requirements has beeen sent to all TED and Test Lab staff.

Facilities Management apologizes for this inconvenience and asks for individual’s patience and cooperation as FM gets this replacement work completed.
