Announcement of the 3rd Workshop on Quantitative Challenges in EMC and SRC Research

The 3rd EMC-SRC workshop will be held on 22-26 March 2021 via Zoom. The workshop will review and discuss recent theoretical and experimental results from studies of SRCs and EMC effect and the planned experimental program at both existing and forthcoming electron and hadron accelerators.
